Positive: Kitchen came equipped with all the necessities.Stones throw to the beach, stores and restaurants.
Negative: No air conditioning in the living room. However, the the bedroom AC's helped keep the living room comfortable. No TV in the Bedroom but hey I made it do what it DO !!!!!! I was satisfied.
Summary: Get stay for the price. I was skeptical at first. By day two it felt like home
